Inventory Availability
All promotional items are subject to availability. Due to limited inventory, a selected product, color, pattern, size, or variation may become unavailable after an order is placed. A leather style may remain available even when a particular size or variation has sold out.
If an item or variation in your order becomes unavailable, Cool Solution will attempt to contact you using the contact information provided with your order, including email, phone call, or text message. Please monitor your email and phone after placing an order during the promotional period.
When possible, we will provide available options, which may include an alternative size or product, or cancellation and refund of the unavailable item. Substitutions will never be made without the customer’s approval.
Products and variations that sell out may not be restocked during the promotional period.
Custom Orders & Custom Cuts
Custom orders and custom-cut requests are excluded from the STOCKUP15 promotion.
Discount Conditions
The STOCKUP15 code must be entered and successfully applied at checkout. The discount cannot be applied retroactively after an order has been placed.
The promotion cannot be combined with other promotional codes or discounts. Previous purchases are not eligible for price adjustments.
Shipping & Processing
Standard Cool Solution processing times and shipping policies continue to apply during the promotional period. Selecting or purchasing an expedited shipping service does not reduce or bypass standard order processing times.
Free U.S. shipping remains available according to Cool Solution's standard shipping terms.
Returns & Refunds
Purchases made during the October Stock-Up Event remain subject to Cool Solution's standard return and refund policies.
Refunds related to unavailable promotional merchandise will be issued to the original payment method when an acceptable alternative cannot be arranged with the customer.
Inventory Errors & Order Adjustments
While we make every effort to maintain accurate inventory, availability may change quickly during the promotional period.
Cool Solution reserves the right to correct inventory errors. If an ordered item becomes unavailable, we will attempt to contact the customer and provide available options. If an acceptable alternative cannot be arranged, the unavailable item may be canceled and refunded.
General Conditions
Cool Solution reserves the right to modify or discontinue the promotion if necessary due to inventory, technical issues, errors, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
